FORMBY Evelyn May Of Queens Park, Mold. Passed away peacefully at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital on Sunday, 28th January 2024, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of Ted. Devoted mum, nanna and great-nanna. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service and cremation at Flintshire Memorial Park on Tuesday, 20th February 2024 at 1:00 PM.
