EDWARDS John Ellis 7th December 2023, peacefully at Stansty House Care Home, formerly of Denning Rd, Wrexham aged 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Pat Edwards. Dearly loved dad and father-in-law of David and Ann, Nicholas and Marnie, Vicky and James. Loving grandad of Paul, Kelly, Joanne, Emma, Jamie, Richard and Liam. A proud and doting great-grandfather. Dearest brother of Geoff and of June, May, Dennis and Susan (4 deceased) and a much loved uncle. Funeral service at St Collen's Parish Church, Llangollen on Wednesday 20th December 2023 at 1pm, followed by interment in Llangollen Churchyard. Dear Uncle John - all my life you’ve welcomed me into your home. As a little kid, mischievous teen with Vicky - we got up to lots of things we probably shouldn’t have - but you always smiled. Your love of life I’ll always remember, I don’t think I saw you sitting still for long ever ! I’m so glad I got to see you in October - now it’s time to rest - back with your beautiful Aunty Pat. RIP - I hope they have golf courses and dancing up there xxx
