CONWAY Susan Jennifer (Jen) Of Chambers Lane, Mynydd Isa, Mold Passed away peacefully at the Countess of Chester on Thursday, 11th May 2023, aged 74 years. Beloved wife of Rob, devoted mum of Robert, Mathew and Vicki. Treasured and much loved nana. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at Bistre Emmanuel Parish Church on Thursday, 1st June 2023 at 12:00pm, followed by cremation at Flintshire Memorial Park. In celebration of Jen's life, a splash of colour may be worn. Family flowers only please but donations may be given in Jen's memory to Parkinson's UK.
