HORNE Jacqueline Anne 'Jackie' Sadly passed away on Wednesday 12th April 2023, aged 79. Jackie will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 4th May 2023 at 3pm at St Deiniol's Church, Hawarden followed by committal at Flintshire Memorial Park and Crematorium at 4pm.
