MOORE Cheryl (Nee Platt) On 16th March 2023, passed away peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 64 years. Dearly loved daughter of Marg Platt (Deceased) and Fred Platt and his partner Joan. A dear sister of Kerry and the late Susan. Beloved mother of Michael, Natalie, Ashley and the late Adam. A loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral Service to be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Thursday 20th April at 1-30pm. Family flowers only please, but any donations in memory of Cheryl would be gratefully received for Nightingale House Hospice and may be given via the offertory box or c/o the Funeral Director.
