McCANN Jacqueline Mary "Jackie" McCann, Jacqueline Mary (known as Jackie) passed away peacefully on 29/12/22 after a very short illness at Brunswick Court Care Home, BUPA in Watford, Hertfordshire aged 76 (30/04/1946 - 29/12/2022) Widow of the late Patrick Colin McCann, mother to Patsy, Karen & Patrick Sean, mother-in-law to Mark, Neil & Kelly, grandmother to Callum, Melissa, Danny, Liam, Sasha and Kyle, great-grandmother to Mason & Calvin. Sister to John, Kathleen, & Carole. Very much missed and loved by all. Cremation on 11/01/23 with a small family service taking place at Wrexham Cemetery (date to be announced).
