JACKSON Patricia Mary 'Pat' of Heol y Plas, Cefn Mawr, died peacefully on 11th October 2022, at home, aged 77 years. Beloved wife of Trevor, loving mum of Andrea, Neil, Lynette and their partners. Proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Dear sister to Randal and John. Funeral Service at St. John's Church, Rhosymedre at 11am on Friday, 4th November 2022. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, will be gratefully received for Shooting Star, Wrexham Maelor Hospital at the church or, alternatively, via our website.Tributes
