PARFITT - Gracie Peacefully on 25 Sep 2022 at her home in Rhosddu, Wrexham, aged 91 Years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Friday, 28th October 2022 at 11:00 am. Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be given in memory for Nightingale House Hospice.
