BLACKWELL Hazel Née Humphreys Late of Meadowbrook Nursing Home, Gobowen. Passed away on 21st April 2022, aged 83 years. Beloved Wife of the late John. Loving Mother to Martin and a Dear Nana. Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Monday 30th May 2022 at 11 am. Family flowers only.
