POWELL Thelma, passed away peacefully on 28th January 2022, at Lindan House Care Home, Wrexham; formerly of Llay, Near Wrexham, aged 88 years. The beloved wife of the late Denzil and Billy Smith of Pentre Street, Llay. Devoted mother of Karen, Sian, Barry & the late Jack Hewitt. Much loved stepmother of Mark and Debbie. A loving grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. to all her grandchildren. She was loved and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends in Wales and South Africa, where she lived for many years with Billy and where her daughter Karen and family still remain. Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Monday 14th February 2022, at 2:30 p.m. By request, family flowers only please, but if desired, donations will be gratefully received for Dementia UK, via our website: www.funeralserviceswrexham.co.uk
