JONES - Patricia Ann (Pat - Nee Hatton, of Rhostyllen) Peacefully on 8th January 2022 at her home in Heol Kenyon, Johnstown, originally of Rhostyllen, aged 80 years. Much loved mum of John, Sian & Jason, Mark and Jason & Mel, proud nan of Robert, Alana, Abbie, Angelina, Keyon, Tyler and Jai, loving sister of Shirley and Desmond. Funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, Rhostyllen on Friday, 21st January 2022 followed by interment in the Churchyard. Due to restrictions attendance in the church will be by invitation only. Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be given in memory for Shooting Star Cancer Support.
