JACOBS Sylvia 'Nan' peacefully on 17th December 2021, at Wrexham Maelor Hospital; formerly of Plas Isa, Trevor, aged 84 years. The beloved wife of Jeffrey. Devoted mother of David. Much loved mother-in-law of Janet. Proud and loving gran of Claire and Emma. Cherished great gran of Samuel, Henry and Rosie. Treasured sister of Shirl and a loving aunt. She was loved and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, on Wednesday 5th January 2022 at 13.30pm.
