TWEMLOW Philip December 9th 2021, suddenly at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, aged 75 years, of Lon Cwybr, Rhuddlan. Dearly beloved husband of Phyllis and the late Maggie. Much loved father and father-in-law to David and Claire. Cherished "Mr Phil" to Evie and Martha. Dearest brother and brother-in-law to Jane and Graham and a fond uncle to Craig. Service at St Asaph Crematorium on Thursday, December 23rd at 4:00pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired would be gratefully received towards Barnardo's and The Dogs Trust c/o R. W.
