JONES Heulwen, Peacefully on 4th December 2021, at Gwastad Hall Nursing Home, Llay; formerly of Plas Isaf, Rhosymedre, aged 83 years. The beloved wife of Graham. Devoted mum of the late Gareth. Proud and loving nain of Dewi and Tom & their partners Elen and Natalie. Cherished great grandmother of Loti-Beth. A much loved Aunty. She was loved and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Pentrebychan crematorium on Tuesday 21st December 2021 at 2.30pm.
