TILSTON Patricia Mary (Pat) Suddenly but peacefully on Sunday 5th December 2021 at Magnolia House Care Home, Rhosymedre, aged 78 years, of Ruabon. Beloved wife of Jim, much loved mum of Simon and step-mum of Stephen and Tony, dear mother-in-law to Gemma, Kathleen and Janet, and a very proud nanna of Charlie. Pat was dearly loved and will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service on Thursday 16th December at St. Mary's Church, Ruabon at 11 am, followed by interment at Holt Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations may be given if desired and would be gratefully received for Nightingale House Hospice.
