WEEKS Mark Andrew Peacefully on 28 Sep 2021 at Nightingale House Hospice, of Rhos, aged 54 Years. Dearly loved husband of Gweryl, much loved dad of Kayleigh, Stacey, Chelsea, Jasmine and Olivia, proud grandad of Matilda and Alvey, loving son of Michael and Sheila, dear brother of Carl and Craig, a sadly missed brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Thursday, 7th October 2021 at 1:30 pm. Due to restrictions, attendance in the crematorium will be limited to 100. Family flowers only please but donations if desired may be given in memory for Nightingale House Hospice care of markweeks.muchloved.com.
