WHITLEY. - Mrs Peggy Whitley and family wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours, for their kind support during Bert's illness, also all those who attended the funeral, including the large number of BT colleagues, some of whom had travelled along way. It was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to Reverend Matthew Burns and Roberts Bros, Funeral Directors, for their kindness and help at a very difficult time, they were excellent, thanks also for the generous donation of £550 given to The District Nurses and Hospice at Home, who looked after Bert so well.
