TWO roads in Flintshire are set for periods of closure, Flintshire Council has warned.
The Leader publishes public notices by the local authorities and Flintshire Council has issued notices of upcoming road closures.
From April 18, Bretton Lane, between its junctions with A5104 Chester Road and Bretton Road, Bretton, will be closed for four weeks to facilitate gas mains replacement works.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
Flintshire County Council has also notified people that unamed road, Hendre will be closed between its junctions with A541 Denbigh Road, and Hendre Farm.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate highway safety due to a land slide. The closure comes into effect on April 18 and is expected to last four weeks.
