A NEW cafe has opened its doors in Deeside promising to provide "wholesome, homecooked" meals.
The Champs Cafe has opened at a unit on Drome Road on Deeside Industrial Estate, with Mark Tami MP attending an official opening earlier this week.
A spokesperson for the cafe said: "Our mission is simple: to bring our community together in a sports-themed cafe. We serve hearty meals to the industrious workers of the Deeside Industrial Estate, as well as passers-by from all walks of life. Our menu offers a mix of healthy options and tasty treats to cater to everyone’s cravings.
"Whether you’re in a hurry or looking for a comfortable lunch spot, Champs Cafe is here for you."
Its head chef, Nelko Yordanov, added: "The launch of Champs Cafe is a significant milestone for us, and we're ecstatic to provide a space where the community can bond over our core values of homemade and organic food.
"Champs Cafe aspires to be more than a place for healthy eating; it aims to be a community hub where individuals can converge over a shared love for nutritious, homemade food.
"The presence of Mark Tami MP is not only a privilege but also a testament to the collective effort in promoting organic, home-cooked dishes within the largest industrial estate in northwest Europe."

The cafe is using locally sourced products and offers a range of breakfasts, brunch and sandwich options.
The cafe has opened with support from Sport for Champions - a community interest company looking to create a community sports hub in Deeside.
Work is underway on the hub - which when open will see a gymnasium offering a range of classes. Sport for Champions works alongside numerous professional athletes - some of whom would run classes in the hub.
