AN APPEAL for witnesses has been launched after a man was arrested following a crash in Deeside on Boxing Day.
North Wales Police has issued the appeal following the road traffic collision in Shotton.
They say the incident took place at around 9.50pm on Chester Road West.
Officers say that the crash involved a motorcycle and a vehicle and a man was arrested at the scene, having tested positive for cannabis.

Police are now looking for witnesses to come forward and help them by providing information or dashcam footage from the incident.
A statement from North Wales Police's North Flintshire team read: "#Appeal. At around 21:50hrs there was an RTC involving a vehicle and a motorcycle on Chester Road West, Shotton on the junction with Wellington Street .
"One driver was arrested on scene following testing positive for cannabis on the roadside.
"We are appealing for any witnesses or any persons who may have dashcam who were travelling in the area. Please contact NWP and quote reference A202219."
