A PERSON'S body was discovered in a wooded area of Wrexham, police have confirmed.
North Wales Police said that shortly before 1pm on Tuesday, (September), officers were called to a report of the discovery of a body in a wooded area near to Bryn Estyn Road, Wrexham.
A spokesperson said: "Enquiries are ongoing to confirm the person’s identity and the circumstances of the death are not being treated as suspicious."
