A PERSON was taken to hospital following a "medical emergency" at a Wrexham property.
Paramedics and police were called to the property on Tan Y Bryn in Caia Park during the early hours of Sunday.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called yesterday (August 20) at around 5.23am to reports of a medical emergency in Caia Park, Wrexham.
"We sent one emergency ambulance and two rapid response vehicles to the scene. One patient was transported to Wexham Maelor Hospital.”
Inspector Luke Hughes, of the Wrexham City policing team, added: "During the early hours of Sunday officers assisted North Wales Ambulance Service when we were first on scene to medical emergency in Tan y Bryn, our thoughts are with the family and hope all is well."
