A TRACTOR was destroyed in a Wrexham blaze.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service received a call just before 2.40pm on Tuesday reporting the incident, near Old Sontley Hall in Sontley.
One crew from Wrexham attended the scene and used two hose reel jets, a set of breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera.
A spokesman for the service said the tractor was 100 per cent damaged by fire, heat and smoke.
The cause is believed to have been an electrical fault and nobody was injured.
Just before 4.40pm the crew was called out to an incident in Edgeworth Road involving hot oil on the manifold of a small vehicle.
A spokesman said the fire was out on arrival but firefighters used one hose reel jet to damp the affected area down.
