A CAR was damaged in an early morning fire.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service received a call just before 1.10am on Tuesday reporting a vehicle ablaze in Y Wern, Wrexham.
One crew from Wrexham attended the scene and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
A spokesman for the fire and rescue service told the Leader the incident resulted in 100 per cent fire damage to the engine compartment but the cause is not known.
